Insulation material: High-density PE,middle-density PE or PP,The insulated wire color conform to the full chromatogram standard

insulation wire pair: two different color insulation wire wiring to be pair according to different steps,with formulary chromatogram

cable core structure: 25 pairs is one unit,if exceed 25 pairs,will assemble according to unit,each unit will be wrapped with formulary chromatogram tape,so that it can be recognized easily ! for the cable with more than 100 pairs, there will be 1% preparatory pair,but the most will not exceed 6 pairs.

wrap tape for cable core: polyester film tape

shielding: vertically wrap the core wrap tape with 0.2mm thickness double-plated plastic alunimum tap(embossing or non-embossing),bonding at the joint

sheath: black low-density PE,also can provide the double-sheath cable

identification or length mark: there is a permernant mark on the cable,the interval of the mark not exceed than 1m, the content of the mark include: conductor wire diameter,quantity of the wire pair,model number of the cable ,manufacturer name and the manufacturing date,..etc
