Product application:

Solid  insulated  nonfilled type cable is suitable for the telecommunications circuit of local telecommunication net, also suitable for the special net crcuit which connect to the public net,it need suspension wire to bear when aerial assembling.The  machinery and electric performance of the cable will not change under the circumstance of 30~C60~.

product structure:

Conductor line: anneal bare copper wire, the copper wire diameter is 0.32,0.40,0.50,0.60,0.70,0.80,0.90mm.

Insulation material : high density PEmedium density PE or PP,the color of the insulated wire. completely conform to full chromatogram standard.

Insulated wire pair: two different color insulation wire wring to be pair according to different step,adopt the defined color assembling.  

Cable core structure: 25 pairs as basic unit,the cable that exceeding 25 pairs will be assembled according to the unit,each unit will be wrapped with defined color lace,so that it can be distinguished easily.There will be additional 1% prepared pair for 100 pairs or the above,the most will not exceed 6 pairs.

Cable core binder : the cable core is wrapped with polyester film.


Shielding : vertically wrap out of the cable core binder with 0.2mm thickness double-faced plastic-coated aluminum tape  embossing (or not embossing),binding at the joint.

Sheath: black low density PE, can provide double-sheath cable
Identification and length mark: there is a permanent identification mark at the surface of the cable,the interval of the mark is not more than 1m, the content of the mark are :conductor line diameterwire pair quantitymodel number of the cablename and code of the manufacturer manufacturing time, the length mark will shown on the surface with internal not bigger than 1m
